This is the main thing you need to concentrate on. If you eat healthy food then you’re not going to fall ill and that means you’re going to stay fit.

If you don’t eat healthy food then you need to be preparing to be the part of other side of the coin. These days we see lots of junk food all around our self and such food is becoming part of our daily lifestyle. Now you need to make sure that you don’t take junk food daily. Try to keep it limited to once in a week and keep the natural food concentration more in your diet chart.

Take Proper Sleep

After eating, sleep is the next necessary thing you need to worry about. If you’re a child (age < 18) then you need to sleep at least 10 hours a day and if you’re above 18 then it’s time to cut down sleep to 8 hours but nothing less than 6 hours.

If you taking sleep less than 6 hours then you’re going to suffer lots of problems. These problems can take over your mind because your mind isn’t getting rest.
